What is bazaar macroing?

Bazaar macroing is using software to place and manage bazaar orders in Hypixel Skyblock for you, instead of clicking through the menus yourself. It is the automated version of a strategy players call bazaar flipping.

The bazaar, briefly

Hypixel Skyblock's bazaar is an order book for stackable items — enchanted redstone, mithril, ender pearls and hundreds of others. Like a real exchange, it has two sides:

  • Buy orders — you offer to buy an item at a price you choose, and wait for a seller.
  • Sell offers — you offer to sell at a price you choose, and wait for a buyer.

The gap between the highest buy order and the lowest sell offer is the spread. If enchanted redstone has a top buy order of 10,000 coins and a lowest sell offer of 11,000, the spread is 1,000 coins per item — and that gap is where the entire strategy lives.

What "flipping" actually means

Bazaar flipping is capturing that spread. You place a buy order slightly above the current best bid, wait to be filled, then immediately place a sell offer slightly below the current best ask. You are not betting on the price going up — you are being paid for providing liquidity to people who want to trade instantly.

The catch is that it only works if you are fast, and if you are patient:

  • You get outbid constantly. Someone places an order one coin above yours and yours stops filling. Now you have to relist.
  • Margins are thin. A good flip is a fraction of a percent. The profit comes from volume, not from any single trade.
  • It never ends. Orders fill at random times, so the loop of check → relist → check runs for as long as you are willing to sit there.

That is a monotonous, mechanical, endlessly repeated loop — which is exactly the kind of thing people write software to do.

So what does a bazaar macro do?

A bazaar macro automates that loop. A good one handles:

  • Order placement — buying the items your filters say are worth buying, at the price they say.
  • Relisting — noticing the moment you have been outbid and repricing, instead of leaving an order dead in the book.
  • Capital management — not sinking every coin into one illiquid item you cannot sell out of.
  • The chores — walking back to the bazaar when a Booster Cookie runs out, reconnecting, staying alive.

MBF does all four, and reports what it is doing to a web dashboard or to Discord so you can watch a number instead of a screen.

Why the "macro" part matters

People use "bazaar macro", "bazaar bot" and "bazaar flipper" interchangeably, but they all describe the same thing: software playing the game for you. That is the part Hypixel cares about, and it is why this page ends with a warning rather than a pitch.

⚠ Macroing is against Hypixel's rules.

MBF automates gameplay, which the Hypixel Network prohibits. Using it can get your account banned, and that risk is yours — not ours. No macro is undetectable, whatever anyone claims. Most people run MBF on a dedicated alt for exactly this reason.

If you have decided to do it anyway

MBF is a standalone client — not a mod, no .jar, nothing to install into your Minecraft launcher. It runs the flip loop, relists your orders, paths itself back to the bazaar, and takes filter changes from a dashboard or from Discord while it runs. A key is €20 for 30 days, or 5,400 CoflCoins.
